Edwige Buquet Ngom

Edwige Buquet Ngom, founder of Eadou Consulting Inc. and consultant, has a master's degree in business management. Having held key positions in administration, finance and human resources within various non-profit organizations, she has proven herself to be a seasoned manager, specializing in the development and management of projects and operations. Her ability to navigate through the challenges of operational business restructuring is a testament to her expertise.

At the same time, passionate about supporting French-speaking Afro-descendant youth, she channels this commitment into the founding of Point Ancrage Jeunesse (PAJ), a non-profit organization which aims to promote equality, leadership and a sense of belonging. to the Canadian Society for Afro-descendant Francophone and Francophile Youth of Ontario. On the occasion of IWD on March 7, 2020, Edwige received honors from the Honorable Caroline Mulroney, Minister of Francophone Affairs for her vision, her determination and her contribution to the development and implementation of services in French aimed at combating systemic racism against young black people in the Greater Toronto Area.
