Karim Djinko is a recognized expert in the development of human potential both in Canada and internationally.
Executive coach certified by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), trainer, facilitator, he offers support to companies and institutions wishing to support their leaders and managers in their development.
Co-founder of the Sp2 coaching firm, Karim has extensive experience in facilitation at the UN where he served as a manager for seven as well as within the public and private sectors.
He designs and implements personalized training and development programs, particularly in leadership, relational communication and team synergy.
Karim also offers support on best practices for integration and inclusion in the workplace and gender-sensitive management.
Karim operates in Canada but also in Europe and Africa where he regularly leads training missions for the benefit of business or institutional leaders.
A journalist by training, he has worked on television, radio and in writing, mainly for Radio Canada in Montreal and Toronto in addition to directing United Nations radio in Mali.
